My boyfriend just left for boot camp last Thursday. It's now been a week, I can say the first few days were rough for me especially not being able to talk to him, but he did the sweetest thing and wrote me a note almost everyday starting when he found out in November the date he was leaving for boot camp. I write him every day and tell him how my day went I haven't got his form letter yet but that doesn't mean I can't write him. I'm doing better because this website is very helpful and I know a lot more than what I did coming into this. We've been together for 3 years now and I'm graduating in January and perusing pa career in physical therapy just wherever he is. This is definitely not easy but I'm doing the best I can and his family supporting us makes it all the more easier. My SR just finished processing and tomorrow will be his first official day of boot camp. ONLY 8 WEEKS TO GO!

@Alysha, I agree soo much! Nights and Sundays are usually hardest for me.

Does anyone agree that the days are somewhat easy, but the nights are really hard? I can't seem to get him off my mind when I'm all alone at night & I miss him so much! I've written him 3 letters already & can't wait to hear back from him!

mrojas2389--My boyfriend is going for AM. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think they get their orders until they reach the end of A school. My boyfriend graduates April 27th!
