I would love to make the recipe again with the spicy italian sausage added. Need to wait until hubby decides to take off for the weekend on a camping trip. He does not like the smell of garlic and he says he can smell it on me for days. Well, I may have to leave the garlic out but that's part of what makes it taste so good.

Louise, I will post the recipe up above under Main Course.

I haven't made it in so many years since hubby hates the smell of garlic. But I love it!

Well, I can't seem to find my favorite pasta recipe. It's not where it should be but I promise to post as soon as I do find it.

It's called Baked Tomato Spaghetti with italian herbs, garlic and olive oil. It's pretty simple but the roma tomatoe halves bakes for about an hour. And I add ground turkey not italian sausage for meat. Although I do prefer the spicy italian flavored sausages.

Colorado, maybe you can add discussions for various areas of food for people to add their recipes.... Main dishes...Appetizers...Desserts. What do you think? I agree, it's hard to find the recipes with so many pages to go through.

Jacqueline, tried the Upside Down Pizza and the kids all loved it. They can't wait for the next time.
