Okay it's Friday!!! So what if it is 4:30 am for our boys...they are just hours away ---I just know I'm going to be crying when Nick calls, I'm already crying!! What a happy day this will be!!! Here's hoping they will get to call each of us shortly after that capping ceremony! Goodness...this time next Friday we will be heading over to RTC boot camp to see our new Sailors!!! I'll be off the computer for a few hours but anxious to hear from everyone when they get their calls!!!

I'm crying over here ladies!!! I had a total melt down early this morning. My last letter from Nick said he had not passed his final PFA and had duty when they were doing it. So I've been freaking out what if he doesn't pass the PFA?!!!

Just like a number of you - I got a call too!!! Nick could not have sounded better! Told me when BS is, I told him he would do great...he said not everyone passes it but I know our boys will do just fine! Tried to tell him how proud we are, how much we miss him, how much we love him. He just chuckled and said see ya next Friday!!!

He did say we should get a call this Friday.

I know alot of moms live in fear of the battle stations but everything I've read about it - they actually have fun and enjoy it. Receiving this call today, makes me want to go back my bag. I know they have earned their Sailor title and on Friday morning they will receive their ball cap!

This has been an emotional week but I'm calming down now and just enjoying the moment!

New twist ladies...only 384 HOURS until PIR!!!Hope the mail is good for you today, ours doesn't come in until Thursdays and I'm anxious to hear what our guys are doing this week.

Woo-Hoo...16 more days until GL! Are you packed yet?!! It feels like forever since we got our last letter. Hoping this week's mail brings in a new letter, I suspect we won't get another phone call until after battle stations but I hope that I'm wrong about that. I just think they are so very busy going into the next couple of weeks. I think battle stations are at the end of next week...what a celebration that phone call will be!

Can we say...17 more days to go?!!!

Do you think we will get a phone call this week? I'm thinking they are very busy and we maybe lucky to get a letter on Thursday. Each day pushes them closer to battle stations~!~ Here's hoping for a strong week for division 161!!!
