Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

"I just got off the phone with Wyoming Highway Patrol -- they are sending an officer because they said that isn't a really safe place after dark. The dispatcher knows the area -- and, he was glad to help -- his son just got out after deploying with a Reserve Special Forces unit out of LA"

We need to help this Sailor!!! Is anyone available. He is due to report to Norfolk on Tuesday morning at 7 AM. Thank you!

Help! My son is on his way back to Norfolk. He's at a rest area in Sundance, SD. He just put a new alternator in his Jeep and it's falling apart. Is there ANYONE nearby who can help him? The alternator is not charging, he has no heat, is in the freezing cold and has to be back in Norfolk by 7 am Tuesday morning! Help!
