Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!
To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

Bless her heart, she has registered for practical things. Going to slip a Babies R Us gift card in with the gift to help her get diapers etc. Can get it at Toys R Us, it works at both.
Update! Marianne searched around and found the mom registered at Babies R Us and "It's a Girl!"
Thanks to so many of you who have responded! Shall we give it 7-10 days for everyone to shop and pack. Then choose a date to mail. I'm open to suggestions!!
NAVY MOMS ROCK!!!!!!!
Pat - another friend request coming your way! So exciting. I like the NEX card idea, as well as other gift cards. Everywhere as a Baby Gap these days. I also like the idea of sending a littel something from 'Navy Mom in <insertyourstatehere>. I'm thinking Colorado Rockies baseball jersey. Purple looks great on boys and girls! :-) Too much fun!
Pat i sent you a friend request so i can get the address
Pat L.....got it.
Please let me know what week we are sending stuff. Need to get sewing.
@paymaster, Sent you a friend request so I can PM you the address.
I would vote that we all send things the same week... then she will have the fun continue as items arrive! We should be sure to let her know we are navy moms just sending some love her way! Navy means family!!
Pat . . . I just sent you a friend request . . . would love to send something
Maybe we could all send something with the name of the area/state we live in?
i like the idea of us mailing our stuff within the same few days so she starts getting a "shower" of gifts around the same time.
