Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

Sally We live in Cleveland area. My son did speedskating and skated in Saratoga Springs. If your sailor needs a place for a stop he is welcome to stop here.

HI everyone. I am new to the group. I just wanted to let you all know that I am in Missouri outside of St. Louis. I am close to major Highways and I have an extra room. If I am ever needed please look me up!!

Angie and Donnita, thank you for the offers, he is a little shy at times, i will talk to him when he gets home at the end of the week, i will keep everyone posted on his travels across the country and thanks for all being the great navy moms you are, what a special group of people. Hugs and thanks. and LM i may come and stay at your house if mine is full of his friends. lol

He could stop here but that would be SILLY since I only live 5 miles from ya. :) so glad he is getting to come home. We've been to South Dakota. It is a great ride out west. He'll have to stop at Wall Drug for the Free Ice water. The Bad lands are breath taking.

Hi everyone hope all is well, just wanted to let you know my sailor will be driving home from pcola to cleveland mon or tues and then across the country again to the great state of washington around the 10 or 11, please pray for a safe and uneventful journey, this will be the longest trip he has ever done. i have never driven farther west than iowa and that was 30 years ago, not sure what kind of conditons he will run into from cleveland to bremerton, any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
