Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

SAILOR RESCUE LIST

For those who wish to help those sailors in need when having to travel far from home or base!

Members: 215
Latest Activity: Apr 2, 2019

Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

There really aren't many folks signed up in each state... The important part is that the site is checked at least a couple of times a day in case a rescue is needed... I check in at least three times each day and have a couple of moms that also check in and call me if we need to spring to action.

Hey moms... if you want to join the list... send me a private message and I am delighted to add you! In your message include your name, phone number and location. If we have a sailor in need I will call you with their contact info. Thanks so much for volunteering one and all!

I live in Summit, MS. I'm about 1 1/2 hours north of New Orleans, LA and 1 hour south of Jackson, MS. I'm also about 6 hours from Pensacola, FL. Will do whatever I can.

To send a private message... first you have to send a request to be my friend. Once I 'ok' that then you can go to my page and under my picture (on the left column) you 'send a message'.
