Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

There will also be Navy Dads. I told my husband when he got home from work Friday that I had put us on the list. I also explained what it was and he said that is GREAT. There should be something like this group.

Is there no mechanic there that would be willing to help? What about a church there locally?

I should also tell you I am about 25 miles from the Kentucky border with Ohio. And close to West Virginia.
And please let us know If Bryan made it to Norfolk. Is he transferring to Norfolk?

Hi just found out about this site from another Navy Mom. I live in Pike County, Ohio if anyone or their kids need help. I have a son in the Navy now at Pensacola and one going to Navy boot camp in Dec. My husband is also retired Navy. I am also a Army brat. Anything we can do to help don't hesitate to PM.
