Thanks to the many moms and more that are here and ready to help when a sailor is in need! It is amazing to know that no matter where our sailors travel in the United States there is a mom there ready to rescue them with a hot meal, place to stay, or help to get back on the road!

To be added to the list send me (Susan mom to Niko) a friend request. Then you can send me a private message with your name, location and phone number. Then you are added to the list!

Hello Ladies...
Susan and I exchanged emails last night... She has sent me the list and I will be honored to monitor the site! I will certainly be looking for lots of support and think that as this evolves going to a regional support would be a great idea!

There is also a California Navy Moms page... I would list an SOS on both pages... Let us know how your son is!

Post a SOS for a mom on the So Cal Mom page... They live in the area and might respond! I know that if there is a mom that Susan J has on file for this page she will be in touch.

So difficult to say about staying or going... I know that if I could I would be there. Guess that is the mom in me not ready to totally let go. I guess I would have to listen to the doctor and weigh the prognosis...

I visit the VA hospital here. So many veterans have no one who visits them. Sometimes the family lives a distance and sometimes they entered the service because their families were distant and so many other reasons find them alone...

Laura-please know your son will be in my prayers... With I was in San Diego and could visit in person. I can only imagine how scared he must be!
