Asterzmom, I recognize your name, my daughter graduated last weekend in div 121 and she is an MA in San Antonio. So far she LOVES it there. I am not certain if I should go for graduation or go and visit. How is your daughter doing? After not talking to Her for so long we now say good morning and goodnite every day!
Lemon Elephant, thank you for the warm welcome, I look forward to getting to know you guys!

Welcome to our new members--those who have posted and those who have joined and have not yet posted. Be sure to check out the Discussions above and also feel free to ask any questions you have. We are a pretty friendly group and there are some with recent graduates as well as some of us who have been here a while (my MA graduated A School in Dec. 2008), so if you have a need to know, we can most likely help.

As I understand it, C School graduations are not such a big deal, but I am going to my Sailor's this summer since I wasn't able to go for his A School graduation due to the timing.  They complete C School and get a certificate.  They only get pinned after A School.

Got a date for MWD Handler graduation! So excited, Chris's 90 year old grand dad will be in attendance, as will Alex & myself! Wish his Grammies could be there...
Anyone know if they get "pinned" like MAA graduation? Be neat if my Dad could do it. He was on the base in 1943 in the Army Air Corps. when it was called Kelly Field. Met & married my Mom there before going overseas during WWII.

Staci, have you checked the discussion above, Graduation Info for Lackland AFB - Navy MA graduation;  Places to s...?  I didn't go down for my Sailor's graduation from A School, so I don't know other than what has been posted there or on the Comment Wall.  I will be going down this summer when my Sailor graduates C School and probably the weekend that he checks in as well.
