@Californiamom - I sent my sailor a box by FedEx. It was supposed to deliver on Saturday but the mail is closed on weekends so he got it on Monday of this week. I was able to give him the tracking no. and let him know when it would deliver. Everything arrived perfectly - hope that helps.
Does anyone know what is the most reliable way of sending a care package for my sailor at A school. I used USPS 2 daypriority but according to the tracking app they weren't able to couldn't access the area for delivery. They will retry again tomorrow but I am hoping to find an alternative reliable mood of delivery for future packages . Thanks in advance by the way I used the address my son gave me

Will there be anyone at graduation 8/30 that may stag pics of my son for me?
Heather, on the River Walk there are plenty of places to eat. You can also make reservations to eat a meal on the river walk boat tour. SA has a Hard Rock, Paesano's (Italian Food), The Original (mexican food), Dicks (chicken/burgers), Bella (Mediterranean). Here is a link to some of the River Walk attractions: http://riverwalkguide.com/restaurants-on-the-riverwalk/
Hotels on the River Walk are also listed on that site under lodging. If you decide to stay close to the base there is a Red Roof Inn and a Quality Inn by there.
Did you all leave the day after graduation. So she must have spent the night with you Fri. night?
Any fun places you reccomend to stay or to go eat? I would love to stay on the river walk
We stayed in San Antonio for four days. Then had a week at home before she had to ship out to Bahrain.
How many days did she stay there til she could go home? Did she spend the night with you guys that graduation night?
My daughters grad was in the morning. No time to site see before. She had to stay on base till late afternoon so we didn't sight see till the next day.
