Truemper St. . Lackland AFB, TX 78236-6040. The street number and unit number he would have to give you. I had to send my son his also. He is already overseas. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Could someone please tell me the address of the A school in San Antonio?  Does it differ for each sailor?  My son needs his birth certificate sent to him.

My son will be arriving in San Antonio this coming weekend.  So excited for him to move to the next step of this adventure!!

Technically, the Sailor is SR (SA or SN) LAST NAME, FIRST NAME until after graduation from "A" School, then s/he is MASR, MASA, or MASN depending on the rate s/he has attained, but some do use the MA while in "A" School.

SR stands for Seaman Recruit, not Sailor Recruit.

By the way, NavyMomX2NavyWife, Congratulations to your son! My daughter loves being an MAA. Her favorite things at Lackland were weapons training, and PT!

NavyMomX2NavyWife, Yes, when my daughter was at A school in San Antonio, in 2013, training to be an MA, she told me to address her mail with MAA in front, before her name. In boot camp it was SR, Sailor Recruit, but they are no longer recruits! She is a bit of a stickler for rules sometimes, so it may be more relaxed now. But I still address her overseas mail with MAA in front, lol!

It would be SA or SN depending in his rank. Everything I sent to my son at Lackland was addressed with SN first.

My son didn't order his class t shirt for Master at Arms at San Antonio. Is there any way to order one now?
