Doreen... You did a GOOD job shopping at Joanns yesterday. Keep plugging away at those pages! I've got a couple crops I'm going to next month so I'm hoping they are VERY productive.

Cathy... Here is one website you might like. If you click ship by brand, it seems easier to peruse items and you can shop by theme too!
http://scrapbooking-for-less.com

I'll search for some other sites too.

Joanns' website is even better.  They have so much product.  If you sign up for emails, you will get all sorts of fantastic deals.  They also will notify you for shipping deals.  Last week they shipped any size order for a penny.  This is important to me because I do not have any scrapbooking stores so everything gets shipped.

Does any one know of other sites that has good prices and reasonable shipping?

I went to Joann Fabrics yesterday because I needed adhesive.  I found that stickers, photo albums, storage was all 50% off.  So excited, I stocked up on photo album refill pages, stickers, etc.  Then I had a 15% off coupon that was good for regular and sales items.  The adhesive wasn't on sale but I used a 40% coupon.  I bought a lot for just $45.  The coupon is only good to today.  Maybe it is on their website.  Going to scrapbook all day with my friend.  Then next week, another friend invited us over for Friday night and Saturday all day scrapbooking.  I should finish my 2012 book.  Then I need to do the South Carolina trip when we visited my son at Nuke school.  I have to catch up my sailor's book for any new pictures.  Then maybe I can start 2013.   Lots to do!

I stopped at my lss today and asked about the Down By the Sea Graphic 45 line. The owner told me that it won't be shipped until April. But I did get a sneak peek. The line is beautiful and so are the stamps. I asked her to call me as soon as it arrives :-D

PercussionValentine...yes lss stansd for local scrapbook store. We are fortunate to have 2 within 15 minutes from my house and one about 30 minutes away. I worked at one for 10 years but unfortunately it closed a few years ago. I miss it a lot :-(
The conventions are fun and expensive, but you learn so much when go. I haven't been to one for a few years. The best tip I can give is BRING YOUR CAMERA so you can take pictures of all the displays the vendors have on the sales floor so you can use them for ideas for your own scrapbooks.
