Hello Doreen!

I am very excited for the meeting this Saturday.  Should we post on ILN4M about the downtown location?

Hi,

We are all on board for Saturday, May 5th!
I have heard only one other suggestion for a location from Linda: somewhere near 294&355...nothing specific.

I still like Blue Box Cafe in downtown Elgin, but am open to any location.

Hi Doreen!

The 5th or the 12th work for me, too. I will contact Linda and see if she is in town on one of those weekends. She favors a restaurant near I-294/355.

Hello
Nancy said that the first two Saturdays or Sundays (in the afternoon) would work for her. Linda said that she is going to Florida for two weeks, but did not specify which two weeks. I'm open any weekend.

Yes, I'll contact the others to see what day/time/place would be good for them in two-plus weeks. I look forward to meeting again!

Hello Doreen!
I enjoyed our Navy Mom lunch at Panera last month!
Perhaps it is time for all of us to meet for lunch again? I know a place closer to Nancy in Elgin called "The Blue Box Cafe."

It's o.k. that you didn't get back to me.  I'm glad you got to speak to your son--I'm sure it made your day. I think no matter how long you get to talk, you always think of things after you hang up that you forgot to ask. Now they are Sailors and will have access to their cell phones and computers, so we'll have better communication with them. Congratulations.  Enjoy graduation and spending time with your son.

Doreen, when I spoke to my son yesterday, we spoke for about 15 minutes, then he called his Dad, and they spoke for about 15 minutes. I know he also was going to call his girlfriend, but I don't know if they spoke. The call was very relaxed and not rushed. The call will make you feel great and very proud of your Sailor.
