Thanks for the update bls23. Wonder what the drama entailed this time, they seem to be plagued by it. Not a lot of crying for me, just saving it up for PIR...

received a letter form my sr. she said that doing last week's pir was exciting. they all are looking forward to this weeks. she gave me a map of how they enter and how they leave the hall. she said to dress in layers because it is really cold in that hall. there was some drama in the division but i beleive that it has been worked out. she said that she got a marksmen ribbon for shooting and was proud of that because she has never shot a gun in her life. good for her to overcome that. I have been really busy at my job as well nice to have my mind busy but still have a hard time concentrating since we are only a week away from seeing our loved ones. I find myself crying alot lately and it isn't a because i am sad or depressed cry it is a happy, proud cry. i don't know if anyone understands that but i just find myself doing this. I hope everyone is doing well and can't wait to meet the ones that will be at the meet and greet.

No mail in SC today, I’m looking forward to seeing tomorrow's PIR pictures and hoping for a letter.

I am praying for all the recruits in PIR 1/28.

Deb, I've been so busy at work, trying to get a head so that things won't be too stressful when I get back from PIR. It has helped to be busy. When I have down time that's when I get antsy.

Comment by Deb (FC Mom) on January 20, 2011 at 4:11pm

I am antsy. Not focusing on anything, thank goodness my job is flexible enough to allow for these days or maybe I would be better off if I had something that required my undivided attention.

They must really be keeping our guys busy. Any letters/calls we get are all the sweeter. I will pray for the divisions doing battleship tonight & hope that ours will be remembered on Monday night.

Looking forward to possibility of more pictures from tomorrows PIR! At least we get that opportunity :-))
