Letter this morning and phone call this afternoon, mothers day has always been
good, but today, was fantastic!! He was all excited, the division winning the cup, and something about a chant, he said the chant was pretty funny, and I asked about the gas chamber, which was gross what he said, but he even loved it. What a nut! Gotta love it.

Didn't go to the mail box yesterday, went today instead, and there was a letter
from my son, one addressed to both my husband and I, and another just for me.
made me cry, what a great Mothers day suprise. He is still sick, gave me all of
his syptoms, wish he would give them to a doctor and get better, not sure how
that works there, wish he felt better. Five days left ladies, we are almost there...

Hello, our son called on Thursday, real quick to get information about his grandfather, that will be attending PIR. He said that they are being allowed to call home on Sunday. (I hope it happens) He said that a lot of sailors have colds. . and that they are all ready to move on to the next phase. Have a good day.
