I can't wait to see my baby boy and then to meet all of you girls. It is so weird to have him around all the time and then to have contact just cut right off. It will be good to see him. I hope they do good in the final days.

And the parking passes are now up, I had trouble trying to get mine to come up on my desktop, so I had to use my laptop to put the file on a disc, then transfer it to my dekstop computer.. My son said that battlestations starts the Monday afternoon the week of graduation. Pictures were taken on the 26th. I hopes this helps. Have a great nite ladies. Are any of you going to the meet and greet or are you all meeting someplace else?

Well, after the second week of being at pre buds, they will have over night liberty every weekend there after, from what I've been TOLD.. ??? I'm not sure though.. I guess we'll have to wait and see, the only exception to the overnight liberty that I can think of, would be the watch schedules.. ?

OH yea, and one more thing. Considering there are only 6 divisions graduating, I am sure they will let the extras go in. From what I've been told from another mom that went to PIR with like 9 divisions, that there was so much extra room, they didn't even make the "extras" wait, they got to go on in. So, surely with us only having 6 to graduate, there should be no problems =] We're coming with 2 extra..

Linda- They will get overnight liberty. My husband told me in his letter that it will take them 2 weeks to get overnight, but they will get it. So, maybe by memorial day weeked they will have that long weekend off, and be able to be off base for like 4 days.. That will be nice! Not much longer, I have so much packing to do!!
Comment by NavyWife10 on May 2, 2010 at 10:30am
Thank GOD we're almost done with this! Linda- I think they will be moving that following Tuesday. And, our letters we get this week, SHOULD have the battlestations date.. this will be the last letter we'll get.. Or well, I will get anyways, my mail day is on Thursdays, and I'm leaving on that Wed before. So I'm thinking we should have a date in this letter. Aspsls gets her letters on Wed, so maybe she can tell us if her letter has a BS21 date =] 11 MORE days!!! YAY!!!
