To the wonderful ladies who have husbands over there, I just started reading all
of the posts from when this began, and my heart goes out to all of you. I can
not imagine, you are truly an inspiration. Truly strong.

Thanks Linda, just reading all the comments, I no longer feel alone in this whole
thing. Can't help but worry about them can we. All of his letters sounded great, then I actually got to speak to him, what a surprise, almost lept out of my skin when I heard the words, "hi mom", he was up beat, but sick, more worries..

when I spoke to him last week.

My son is part of Ship 04, Div 811, just received my letter this past Thur. from
him. Come to think of it, my letters always come on Thur..,, He sounds good,
and really tired. We live in Florida, and anxdiously counting down the days till
we get to see him again. First time for us, newbies, think we screwed up with
travel plans, we will be leaving at the crack of dawn to get to RTC. Flying into
Milwauke, and orbitz book our hotel in that area as well, Live and learn. Good
thing we are early birds or this would really stink, well it still stinks, but...oh well.
