CC - I have just made some assumptions on this. He has said very little. When he mentioned the Cory or Cody that day all he said was that he was a nice guy probably from the south. For mine to have mentioned him first leads me to believe he has had more than a passing convo with him. Just the impression I got.

Love Wednesdays! Got my letter today from my son. Not as upbeat as the second one, said they were still getting BEAT, said two of the RDCS's were really cool, but one was always yelling at them. He is still sick with a cold, and a sore on his foot was infected he had to go to the doctor to get it looked at. Seems to be doing good, said the classroom stuff is long and is hard to stay awake with having only a few hours of sleep. Can't wait to see my son, I miss him so much. Just finished reading a book called Honor, Courage, Commitment written by a retired Navy guy, tells you everything they go through in boot camp at Great Lakes. Battlestations sounds real hard, but I know they can do it! 22 Days......

Captains Cup is a fun events competition between other divisions...hoping the SO div can win this...right? Battlestations I think is testing them on all the stuff they have learned over the last few weeks. Team work and survival stuff. If they pass they are sailors.

Probably. If your husband is the one mine has talked about a little bit then I think he might be a mentor to the younger ones or at least someone they talk to.
