Maybe mine will let me know more in his letter tomorrow! :)

Mine didn't know about battlestations yet but I do know they got 10 minutes taken away from the next call home because someone had feet in the isle when they were not supposed to. He said it was not him in his letter. It happened Sunday while they were writing home. Getting anxious to see his face.

Ah, I know.. Mail call for me tomorrow too! I'm so stalking the mail lady.. This will be the first day of not working since I've been getting letters.. I think I may pack a lunch and wait at the end of the drive-way! haha!! Thursdays = <3 :-) The shortest letter I've gotten so far has been 7 pages front and back, I'm anxious to see what tomorrow holds :) I hope it's filled with lots of info I've been asking.. lol.. Does anyone know about the date of battlestations for our guys? I'm curious at to when we can expect our "I'm a sailor" call :-)

PIR can't come soon enough. His dad laughs at me because I get on this site to talk with you guys. So glad we all have this in common because I would go stir crazy. I get letters on Wed. and so look forward to what's going on with him. Just glad it is getting closer

AnG, my son is Air Rescue and said he would be in limbo too for 3 months. I bet they will be together. Can't wait for PIR!

Mine is going to FL and is in limbo for 3 months before starting school. He has a younger brother and sister that might come with his Dad so we are not sure what we are doing. He is a qdoba and chipotle lover so we might just try to find one of those somewhere. Not sure how fast you can get around in Chicago. This is life-changing already. Single mother and my baby just left the nest for at least 6 years.

I am wearing pants and a top. as far as what to do...we thought maybe Lincoln Park Zoo or just going to ESPN Zone in Chicago to chill. He thinks he might be a G&G so we probably won't have much time.

arrrggg Today has been such a horrible day! I miss my husband so much! I feel like my heart has been ripped out. I want him so so so bad. I feel like I need the motivational letters now. I want to hear his voice, feel his arms around me again, I'm so aggrivated that I can't have it NOW :'(
