yaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy...I got a letter today.. I'm on cloud 9!!!
Hi, my son is also in this group.  It seems like he has been gone forever, no letters, except the form letter.  I miss him terribly.

my son is in the group and I still havent gotten a letter :-(

There doesn't seem to be many from this division on here or Navy dads or on Facebook RTC page.

My name is Cheryl and I am so glad I found a few of you.  Have any of you heard from your SR's yet?

Hi Cheryl,

I noticed that too, I believe there are four of us on RTC facebook, looks like four on here, and I am not sure about Navy Dads.  I wonder if they have a smaller division.  I still haven't received any word from our son, I hope he is just busy becoming a sailor and that everything is okay.  I hope that next week we might get a phone call.

My son in his first letter said there was 77.   Today after the phone calls one of the mothers said their SR said they had lost 10.

hi  what is the RTC facebook? and where would I find it on facebook

My fiance is SHIP 07 DIV 304 PIR 9/16/11. I can't wait, I miss him so much! Does anyone know if they have taken their swim qualify test yet? He was worried about not passing because he just barely started learning to swim 3 weeks before he left. I am so proud of him for overcoming his fear and learning to swim. He had come so far in just 3 weeks!

They took the swim test already when I talk to my son last Wednesday.

My SR just called!!! Happy dance!!! He passed his swim test! Way to go babe!!!
Mine too, he passed his swim test no problem.  But did not do so well on his run.
