All4him....my son only said he thought they would be making the calls Wed. morning as they start Tues evening. I was very excited while talking to him but I remember worrying and telling him I was heading to the airport at noon and would carry every phone we have with me :) He also said they had a damage control class and fire fighting today or tomorrow. Could have been both days. Her did not mention gas chamber at all. Oh they have their final PFA on Monday too. Hope this helps :)

proudmom2be09: I know this a little behind but I remembered that there was a suggestion for a great pizza place that I got from a staff member at GL. I posted the website on my blog at the bottom of the Who's who 'database'. A few other 'to do' suggestions too. Hope that helps.

tmasters: you heard they would call early on Wed the 30th?
Comment by All4him on June 22, 2010 at 11:32am
Robsproudmom: they may have the division broken up for gas chambers becasue only 15- 20 guys can be in at a time from what my sailor's brother has told me. My sailor went in on Monday if everything went according to plan- he's been sick so he may not have gone. If you sailor has been really sick they may get to pass on gas chambers. BS21 is the 29th according to my sailor..tmasters: great to hear that you got a call!!! Our guys are almost through it!! Just think that this time next week we will all be packing or in transit to see them!!! :) Keep your heads up ladies! :)

There will be no smacking of the back of my sailors head...

My son also said gas chamber was Wednesday. I hope All4Him is right and it's over with already. And I've read and heard both the night of the 28th & 29th for BS21 so I don't know which night it is. Like tmasters, I'll just wait for the call. Have a good day everyone. I'm looking forward to hearing about letters over the next few days. :-)

Gas Chambers was when my son told me he will be doing that tomorrow(wednesday). Did they do it already. He also said BS21 was Tuesday before PIR so I am sooo lost now. I will just wait for the call of I'm a Sailor now.

tmasters-good to hear that you got a call from your son and that he's feeling better!
All4him-thanks for the heads up on the Gas Chamber. That's one more thing not to lose sleep over.
Docsangel-any word yet? We'll look the other way when you smack him on the back of the head. :)
