My son's PIR is 10/31/14. Would love to chat with other moms that have kids in Div 821.

Thanks MO Mom it was nice to hear what your son wrote about them starting to pull together as a team. And that they are doing so well. So happy to hear they all passed their PFA's.

Just got a letter!! My son says their divion is really starting to pull together as a team and they are at the top of their training group, which consist of 9 or 10 other divisons. Also said, they scored the highest on test 1 and everyone passed all of their PFA's. They are in the running for the Hall of Fame!!

YIPEE!! Our boys are doing it ladies!! Working as a team and kickin butt!! HOOYAH 821! Soooooo Proud!!

update on my sailor boy. If you call them letters.. there were 2 - both of which were requests for wiki information about specialties he was researching. Looks like he will make it to PIR. He is going Corpsmen and wants to work with the Marines.

Interesting note. He says that my letter to him was very censored. I wish I knew why... anywho... 2 weekends to live through and then we head to Chicago. Be well Moms! peg

This is what I clicked on. It's a picture of the RDC's but if you keep looking through pics, more of the recruits will come up. None of them is our boys, but it's nice to see the kind of things they do!

Haha! aww :( My husband is dark skinned so every dark skinned guy I seen I would instantly think it's him...but nope! It's alright, 21 more days until we are all reunited!! I can't believe how fast time is going.

I was reading up on group PIR 10/1/10 and they posted up a picture of a group of boys eating in the galley. I was staring so hard trying to find my babe but then I realized it was a different DIV. The RTC has a facebook page and post weekly photos and then I realized another thing...our boys are in Special Ops and the whole OPSEC rule so I don't think they can even post up pics of them :( Kind of bummed out.
