Good Morning everyone, well battlestations is over, what a long night for them (and us as well lol!) Very excited to get that call today. Although diannep said since there were 3 divisions going last night it might be awhile till we get to hear "I'm a Sailor" It will be worth the wait!

Good Morning Ladies. They should be just about done with battlestations about now! Even though I just talked to him yesterday I am eager to hear him tell me he is a sailor. I have waited 8 weeks for this, and now it is just a few hours away!

Got a phone call too! The longest one yet :) It was so nice to hear his voice. He said they have been singing really loud and a lot lately so he did loose his voice. He couldn't wait for Battle Stations tonight and had high expectations for his DIV. He did mention that they won Captains Cup and like to show it off during chow!!! Soooo proud of our boys!! Can't wait for those calls tomorrow. I'm glad you all got calls today as well! I was a bit worried when he called. Thinking something has happened. But God has been on our side the last 9 weeks and I don't think He is going anywhere soon. He's protecting our boys and keeping our strengths up. Can't wait for Friday!!

he called his Dad and then called me back!!! God it was awesome to hear his voice.. He is loosing his voice from marching so much..Oh BTW..his RDC picked me out on this forum from the first picture I had up (my son at his swearing in...) so they do read this...

Oh man,I thought the same thing... first thing I asked was "what's wrong,is everything ok?" He laughed and said everything is great, they are doing so well, have earned flags in everything. He said wait till PIR, they are going to be carrying so many flags, it will be awesome. Said they are shooting for the hall of fame, but have to be pretty much perfect in BS. Then he said, "we will be". Very cool! I'm praying all goes well for our guys tonight.....can't wait for tomo!

when I saw the 847 number my first thought was, oh no, something happened, he's sick! So, as soon as I picked up the call I said, 'What happened -are you okay?". He just started laughing. They earned extra calls. Man, the good news just keeps on a coming.

I didn't miss the call this time!! Yipee! Division 821 is doing AWESOME! Getting my blue candle out for tonight. Sending up a prayer for all of our selfless, young men tonight. Words can't describe the joy and pride I feel for all of them. It truly is an honor being a Navy Mom. Hugs♥

Yeah, just got to talk to my SR!! Oh man felt good to get that call, although it scared me at first. LOL Told him to let the division know that they have to BRING IT tonight if they want to get hall of fame because 926 did really well. Also told him to let the division know what was said about them last Friday by the mom that was waiting at the NEX. He thought that was really cool.

Go Div 821!! Whether you get Hall of Fame or not, I am so proud of you!!

Great news about Captians Cup for our guys. Puts them in a good place going into BS21. Should give them that extra boost of confidence to see them through this tough night.
