Good Morning Sisters, I have been enjoying the snow. My yard is finally coming into view. It was a sheet of white.

Happy Birthday Hippmom!!!

Susan-your singing sounds great. I know you put a lot of love in that care package. Hope you threw some hugs from your Navy sisters.

I hope all of you enjoy your day. I seem to have trouble getting out of bed this morning.

Susan...I can well imagine...and my son has only been gone to boot camp for two months!  I get chill bumps just thinking about standing in your shoes for that moment and can't wait to hear all about it.

My countdown continues...12 DAYS!  I just can't wait!

I'm so excited for those of you going to PIR.  It truly is an impressive site.  We went in April 2010 and we were so happy that we did.  The most impressive part for me was the big doors opening and all the sailors marching in and knowing no matter how many (over 700 for us) that I would be able to spot my son and I did with tears in my eyes.  And at the end when all the sailors recite the Sailors Creed in unison. My son even said "WOW".  He knew his division was able to do it but said he had no idea the entire graduating class would do it and do very well.  I'm so happy for all of you and may God bless you and give each of you traveling mercies.
