Susan, I hear your concern and my heart is heavy with you. Even though I am now here in GL waiting to see my son tomorrow, I know that there will come a time when I will not be able to hear from him for awhile. You always have supportive words for everyone else and you never seem to let things 'ruffle your feathers'. Stay strong because I know you will hear from him soon. We are here for each other and I am so thankful I have you to lean. Now it is time for you to lean on us.

My son tried to call me but I was still at work and the phone reception is terrible. He called his brother and said that he is so tired. And that he is a US NAVY SAILOR!!!!! HOO YAH! Congrats to all of our new US Navy Sailors. I am very proud to be an American and proud of our Sailors.

Keep that candle burning for div 902 tonight. Packing my car now to leave for GL but I will burn it until I leave.

Just received word that 4 of the divisions are going through BS21 NOW! 005-008 It would have started about 2 pm local time and will finish at a staggard time between 12 - 2 local time.

OK I am really nervous. I meant to say BS21 is tonight.
Thanks hippmom I will keep everyone posted. And my heart too goes out to the moms who will not see their Sailor during the holidays. I know I will have to go through that one day and I am not looking forward to it.

PIR tonight. I am sooo nervous. My husband prepared a wonderful supper and I can't eat. I know I will not be able to sleep tonight. I feel like a school girl getting ready for her first date. Awwwww!

Driving with Vincent. Leaving tomorrow midnight. Yes he is going. Just a little nervous about what will happen to him when he returns. He started working in May and has a one year probation period.

Congrats to all the divisions on competing in Captain's Cup. My son's div came in 2nd.
I went to the forum tab above and typed in Captain's Cup- Anyone know the details. Then I clicked on "All I know is that is a competition between Divisions and an honor for the Division…" Saw a couple of pictures.
