and for-warning... its not bad to talk to wives.. just be selective on what u say to them before u really get to know them bc a lot LOVE to run to someone else and spread what u say even tho they make it seem like they wont... its really petty and its almost like high school all over again the best way i can describe it....

LOL.... oh man.. sub wife drama is the WORST too..... i didnt hear of drama while with my hubby in the navy until we became attatched to a boat.... you'll see what i mean... people get jealous if someone gets an email and then makes stuff up about how the guy thats writing emails is more concerned with home than doing there job and that they arent doing quals and everyones mad at them according to an email they got from their husband... (it happened to me last patrol) one of the wives said that bc i got emails daily when email was up and running... and she didnt... and come to find out he was never dink, got his dolphins within 8 months and there was never an issue... once the husbands leave the wives are like in a battle it seems to become queen of the boat and queen of knowing all the information like when emails going to be back up and just get crazy... i dont talk to many wives from our boat bc of it lol... i like to be drama free.. esp. after last patrol lol

Hi Sheena!! I live in kingsbay, ga! it is awesome compared to michigan! lol.. i used to live there, and in NY.

Subs are a great group as long as u dont get sucked into the crazy drama of the wives!! its fun. My husband and i usually hang out with all the guys in his division on the boat its fun, very close knit!! :) welcome!

johnnymacsgirl... i would get my hubby ps3 games.... but he doesnt ever play it.. he says hed rather spend time with me than play the playstation... so it narrows it down a lot bc most 21 yr olds WANT video games haha nope, not my husband.. hes a super big family man its pretty cute. but man, im soooo lost on christmas.... i mean i have a few weeks after christmas to get stuff for him.. so i can hit up the after christmas sales. :D but im still not sure. it'll be somethign good thats for sure.. he already kinda spilled the beans on my presents.. well i kinda guessed before he left... for the most part im getting 4 maybe 5 things and it'll be like 500 bucks he said... so started naming stuff off and seeing his reaction i could tell if it was a yes or a no. lol i guessed 3 of the 5 things haha
