I was trying to smile in that picture on our way to the airport. you know how it is....

Right before the last hug before getting into the plane he did a high 5 with his friend and said Hawaii man!!!! and we all laughed!! I was truly laughing then because I could see how happy he was.  It was finally hitting me that he really was looking forward to this part of his journey and THIS made ME happy!!! :)

MarlaCPA, the snapshot is when they are tested on their knowledge and ability to perform. Mine was quized then asked to do certain activities on the boat. For instance: doing a fire drill while the boat's command follow you around. Good luck to him!!!

Agree USAA and for all insurances I would suggest them based on many years of excellent service in homeowners, car, life, etc..They are very in tune with the needs of military facing deployments and are extremely helpful when you have questions.

Comment by William in Nashua on August 11, 2014 at 4:46pm

Shea I would suggest your son looks at USAA for renters insurance they do sell it.

Comment by Shea on August 11, 2014 at 4:19pm
My son will be deployed in early October and needs renters insurance. I have the name of and agent there that's the same company we have our home owners but am wondering if this is the route to go. Any suggestions?
