OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thanks Kathy and Brenda Sue. Don't know where I would safely leave my car, but will think about it.

Donna I am riding over with Brenda Sue.  I hope that you can find someone in your area to go with you.  Are you going to Wings Over Houston this weekend?

We are looking forward to our San Antonio trip LT Tom. We have also turned the trip into a chance for people to bring items to include in our packing party for our USS Ingraham adoption this month. Moms are never content with just doing one thing at a time. lol

Navy Moms - it sounds like it will be a great night on the 27th and the Admiral is looking forward to meeting those who can make it.
