Eagle mom - that is what I am REAL afraid of (especially if I have to work all day).  I hope it teaches me to focus and concentrate more.  I have seem to have lost those abilities in my old age!

haha - not really.  I have a four year degree in accounting - went back to college for two more years to teach elementary school.  Took the Texas test to teach high school (so I am Texas certified grades 1 - 12) and I am officially unemployed (with six hours of college)!!!

Eaglemom, I just signed up for the H& R Block class (I'lve always wanted to do it).  It is Saturday's for several months.  If I am allowed to miss a class or two, I might come.  I won't know until the first class which is August 13th.  If you have to know before then, put me as a "no" - and be sure and put tears beside it!

Hi  Texas Cricket, My son PIR'd 06/03/11.  I'm right down the road in Fredericksburg. I didn't find this group until after PIR, but wish I had.  It's great and you'll love it.

Cricket, welcome (and a HUGE welcome to the other new moms lately)!!  Have y'all found the PIR group for your soon-to-be Sailor yet like someone suggested earlier?  That is the best place here for you to hang out (besides Texas' Moms).
