I saw that about the sailor from the USS Boxer.  I hope they find him and that he is safe.  He is in my prayers.

Eaglemom sorry you can't join us this time but we can definitely plan something around a time that you can come down.  Just let us know when.

Brenda Sue the address for the church that we will sewing at is 8622 FM 418 Silsbee.  If you have any problems just call me and I can meet you somewhere.  I will bring chips and salsa again and order the sandwich tray.  Not sure how much it cost last time but will check tomorrow.  I have 3 boxes of fabric cut and ready to sew.  I hope the Dayton mom and Donna gets to come over.

Brendasue_ He is an MA also and that was the reason he gave for getting rid of his clothes, that he will "bulk up" too much and not fit them anymore! His older brother ,who is smaller than him. has already claimed a lot of the t shirts!

My son went to BC last November, and I didn't get rid of his clothes until May, and he had more than I do (aka, alot)! His sister moved into his room in March (yup, repainted it first), so her old room is the spare bedroom now, but somehow now the spare bedroom reminds me of him...

mumziepoo - you summed it up perfectly.

It does get easier after Boot Camp. We moved into our sons room and repainted our bed room (which for some reason took us several weeks) to keep us busy. So start a new project that you never had time for before and count the days down to PIR.

I believe that wholeheartedly...have lived by that phrase to get thru some times in my life!
