good afternoon ladies!  Vacation Bible School started today - I am woooooopppped!  And I have a house full of senior high girls over tonight for sundaes and Bible Study - suppose I should clean a toilet or two.....

txsailor - maybe they need you to inject some life into that group - sometimes, it only takes one!

I think my son finally hit his "ugg - I am sick of this class" wall - he always hit them in college, too.  And he is sick with something - summer colds are the worst.  Putting a care package in the mail to perk him up.

bn4givn - prayers up for your son!  Hawaii - my son was SUPPOSED to put in for Hawaii but NO - he put in for Japan and actually GOT Washington......stink bug.

It does say that he is leaving for deployment. I will pray that everything goes well.

I am getting to go on the TC. I hope there are lots of pictures cause I feel like I'm missing out not being at Homecoming.

bn4given--will pray for your sailor & his swim test. Is that a test for his rate or for any sailor to go out to sea?

Please pray for my sailor today. He has to take his level 2 swim test and is kind of nervous. Plus there are so many trying to take it that if he doesn't get in today he won't be able to try again until August (which means he can't get certified to go out on a boat until then either) they can only go 4 at a time. He is in Hawaii, which is 5 hours behind us. He had to be there at 6:30 am their time so they should be under way now...

Trey's Mom, no TxSailorSam - Donna's son is not on the Enterprise - he is leaving for a deployment soon!  Are you going to Norfolk to see him come in?  That is an amazing sight!  I got to watch the Truman come in once and my son was not even on it!

Alysia, yep - we are getting a smidgen here - more thunder than anything!

Dust off those sewing machines - we need to get together and get busy real soon!
