OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just got back from our town's parade. There was a float for Blue Star Moms, didn't know we had one here, guess I need to find out how to connect with them.

We are trying to win $50.000 from Pepsi Refresh.  We've done it once - we can do it again!  Also, please save any Pepsi products with a code on them - especially the yellow caps.  I'll let you know what to do with them!

Thanks!

Balsuz - I'm from the Beaumont area - but MAY have to come your way tomorrow for some military thing.  Want to go with me?  I am not positive what it is or if I am doing it yet - but it is with Cyprus Cares on facebook.

Canton on Friday was great.  The vendors shut down at 5 but the good part was parking was discounted, no crowds and the closer it got to 5 the better deals they were making.
