P'Nut & Jam, my son was not stationed there - he was only there on "missions".  I am not sure how much of Italy he got to see.  He did say that he ate some FABULOUS food there though.

Happy 1st day of March!

Sun is shining and a crisp 55 degrees here in Htown!

Lamarmama, when I went to my son's PIR - there were only two of us.  My son gave our other two seats to another family that needed them.

Just saying. . . .

I  got "the letter" today.  Looks like I will be taking a trip to see my baby on April 22. Wish they could invite more than 4 people, but we will take what we can get.

Well my son has lived in Italy and ate hot pockets.  I don't think he cared about the food!  nah, he did eat some amazing meals while there!

choices after A school - probably depends on his job and the needs of the Navy!

Guess I'm stuck in boot camp mode and assume everyone else is too! :) So, what kind of choices do they have after A school. I know, before he left,  he was choosing the places he would like to go by the kind of food they have !

Going on week number 2 and still no letter.  What is a mother to do?   Clean his room I suppose.
