Hi J's/S'smom, I reside in Johnson County, and I believe there are a few other moms that do also.  We should have a lunch/dinner sometime!

J's,  Our group got together on this website. Two years ago some of us posted that we lived in the Dallas area and ought to get together sometime. I finally set a date, time, and place, and about six moms showed up at our first dinner in July 2012. We have met monthly at various Dallas restaurants ever since and have become good friends. You could post a "shout out" to all Ft. Worth area Navy moms and see what kind of response you get. Wishing you the best of luck!

Bandit1998: I am a 5th generation Texan, and very proud of it too. My 5th great grandfather was a transplant from Tennessee and served as a Texas Ranger in the Republic of Texas. He was killed in a battle with the Indians and was laid to rest at Ft. Belknap. One branch of my family has been traced back to the Dutch settlers and the earliest colonies. I have a cousin that chronicled the history and published a book.
