Hi all! found you through a mutual NAVYFORMOM. My son leaves next week for BC. As you can imagine this week has become very emotional and prayerful. Everything I do I cant help but think this is the last Tuesday he will be home for a long time. Its just torture to do that but I cant help it! Ugh,,,,,

Hi:
My son is still in the recruiting process and has not even been to MEPS yet. I am very new on this forum and very grateful it exists.
Hope to get to "know" you all!

Have been praying since I heard about the first bombing early in the week.

Welcome 2boys1girl09! I also learned in years past that we need to be grateful for things we cannot see and also to see and count every gift He gives me. Congratulations on renewing your faith! I hope you can find someone from your church to help you along also.

I have been praying about the Korea situation.. My daughter is the one in the Navy, but my son is teaching English in Korea currently and so I am of course concerned. He told me this a.m. he was safe, so I hope he stays that way.. extra prayers are always good.. for Navy & civilians alike.

Please pray for the 7th fleet as they are in Korea for "exercises" with the S. Koreans.
