Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I hope that this group survives because I check it and depend on you ladies for your advice and support. What has happened that N4M is deleting groups?

Just stopping in. I'll send a note later about the status of this group come tomorrow. We will not delete anything without discussing it first and since there does not seem to be any issue with what's being discussed here and the nature of the group is to offer support and prayers there may be a way to keep it intact in some form without it violating guidelines. More to come!

Matt graduated BC April 25, 2008. Did "A" school in San Diego and loved it there. He's not real happy right now with the Navy because his Supply Chief was supposed to set him up in the barracks while they were on deployment and he forgot to do it, so poor little Matt is sleeping on his ship. That's his big complaint right now. What rate is your Nuke Sailor. I can't believe you're going to have 2 kids in the Navy at the same time. Change your name to "Super Navy Mom x2" !! lol

Dor,
Battle Stations ends around 8am. My son went and took a nap and then went and ate. He didn't call till late in the afternoon and he really made it sound like it wasn't a big deal. IF they don't pass Battle Stations the first time, they get to do it over the next night. I know a lot of parents don't get a call after Battle Stations, so please try not to worry about it. He has passed!

Cheryl, I knew you would do much more than survive! You excelled and your heart must be overflowing with peace and joy. Blessings to you on this special day. You brought back all the wonderful memories of working with the Religious Education program and how blessed we are that you have shared your story with us today. Hugs, hugs and more hugs, from all of us!
