For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

you need to have your sailor talk to his class sponser right away and also get in touch with the chaplin. you want to get all of this done and be married a good two weeks before he gets his orders. look up which county you will be getting married in and find out what their rules are. it is very important to stay on top of this and move fast. me and my fiance waited to long to figure all this out and now its to late. his sponser will be able to give him all the info or direct him to someone who can help. good luck
imm so happy i found this website i leave for basic next monday and y fiance and i want to get married during my a school which is in fort lee virginia for culinary specialist can someone please help we are going to do a quick justice of the peace wedding and worry about the ceremony later down the line. What are the steps that need to be taken in order to make this possible. BTW CS A school is only 4 to 6 weeks
my fiance is in a school right now and we really want to get married so i can follow him. he was told that if he tells is lead officer that he is getting married after a school they will wait to give him his orders till he is married so i can be on them. i have no porblem waiting but i am nervous that this is false info and that i wont get to follow him if we wait. also does he have to tell anyone he is getting married or can we just go do it one wekkend while he is on liberty. i dont want to get him in any trouble. thanks so much
