OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Everyone!  My son is on the USS Bainbridge.  I saw him off on Friday!  This is a video I made of the photos I took during our last few hours together.  I hope more moms join us!

I count 3 maybe 4 of us if Tracy (I am Tracy alsoLOL) from 2012 is still on board. Lets keep up being in touch. There is a USS Bainbridge group, however there has not been any posts since 2009. This group might get more support, like Dad of a Sailor is awfully helpfully thanks Dad. So did it leave on time?
