I was thrilled to hear from my sailor and to know his trip over to join the crew was good and all's fine.  His only complaint was that he forgot about the lack of space between bunks and gave himself a pretty good gash on his head from sitting up in bed!  Used wads of paper towels and his cover to stop the bleeding.  Ha!
