I received an email from my sailor and he said that there's nothing to be worried about at all... everyone is fine and they are not experiencing things that they would be surprised about or is out of the norm. They are indeed very busy, but he insists that there's nothing to worry about. The DUB is doing well : )

Yes, me too Shirley. I had to shake the negativity off and reset myself after I read Tracy's post- my imagination was racing- probably making things worse than it is.

Tracy- I sent you a FB message. Do you mind sharing your info with me privately? It will at least allow me to sleep easy tonight. : ) Thanks in advance!

I sent jerky, salty snacks, ramen noodles (fancy kind), tuna pouches, dry drink powder (koolaid, crystail light, emergen-c), reusable or sports drink bottles, gum, hard candy.

Chocolate melts like crazy, even fudge. Even granola bars with frosting or icing get gooey! Cookies crumble unless you pack them so they can't move (vacuum bags).

RHW - You're finally back! : ) Yay!
Tracy - May I get a copy of the letter? I will message you with my email. : )

Have a great Thursday everyone!

Not the island I was thinking, we do have a base there.

We don't have a base there. They didn't even pull into an actual port. Lol! They also weren't allowed in the main city. Only to one resort and the beach which looked AMAZING. Gosh, wish I could have gone. Lee said it's been hot as hell. Poor guy.

I was stationed on an island, I'm thinking it may have been their port call. Fabulously beautiful if it is the same one.

Anti- Island was the last place they went, so I THINK we can talk about that. Lol.
I feel that Lee hasn't really been able to enjoy his ports... I see pictures and the places are BEAUTIFUL and I know that the other guys are enjoying themselves. But he's never even slightly impressed. . . and I think it's because he misses me. Uhg, I love him, but I wish he'd enjoy himself and relax.. Not get drunk ya know? Just enjoy the time he has off the ship.

Glad you're relaxing though. I'm doing the same. Got a day off again. :] Woo. Lol.

Island? I want to talk about that when we can.

I am busy, but I'm doing okay. Hitting my few favorite sites is relaxing.
