Yeah.. I should start chanting that right now. Just as I was going on lunch my phone started vibrating and I was about to answer it when my HM3 stopped me and started saying something. I was so ANGRY when I listened to the message and it was Lee.... :[

Funny! Lee is tired of it! He says it seems just like San Diego to him. Weirdo. <3 He didn't really get to go see much at all, but oh well.

Always feel free to vent! That's one reason why we're here. :D Glad you'll have someone out here to hang out with on Saturday. That should be nice.

Glad everyone is starting to hear from their boys! :] Lee emailed me early this morning, but I probably won't hear from him again till late tonight or tomorrow. Lame! Oh well. Such is life.

OOooh, the Joys of being in the military! If they DO do a Tiger Cruise, I might be SOL. My HM1 won't be there anymore [he'll actually be going to the Dubuque, lol! Too funny], so unless our next "Chief" really likes me, I probably wouldn't get to go. Who knows, It'd be really neat though. Although it'd take up my leave time. Woo. Not fun.

So how are you Ladies doing this evening??

I went to the beach earlier and while I was there, Lee called. How wonderful! I miss him so much, My heart feels a little heavy right now, but he's supposed to call back tonight when he gets back to the ship, yay. :] He seemed exhausted from everything, pulling out and back into port. Lol. Poor thing. <3

Julie, no child could leave a loving, worried parent in a nursing home. Though I do threaten my mother with that when she's being absurd. LOL! Jokingly of course. ;]
Glad you got to hear fom him finally. :]
And thanks Julie! I just try and share what I know and can. <3 I know it's rough for us all and I HATE being in the dark.

Ope friends are here, I'll be back later. Hehe
Pam! Glad you hard from your Sailor! ;] And glad you like my wordy comments. Hehe I love this group so much!! :]

Nope. Plans changed and they're going back. LOL! Lee just updated me. He doesn't know why.

I have your email at home I think? I dunno. But email me at n.alexandra.bell@gmail.com. I have the latest at home so shoot me an email over there and when I get on I'll forward it to you. :]

Goodness, the night's gone by fast and I've actually enjoyed it. Strange considering the last month experiance with this night shift thing! They have me over in the NICU and I'm really loving it! Didn't expect that. It's incredibly rewarding and my heart doesn't ache like I thought it would over here! It's wonderful. <3 Just wanted to share that with ya'll.

Hey guys. Their liberty was actually secured yesterday [so they only got the day they pulled in to check out the island. Bummer!] and they took off again today. How lame. I wanted pictures and a souvenier, that was Lee and I's deal with all these ports. Oh well, broke anyway so I guess it's for the best. Lol! Silver lining, right? ... right?! Haha

Julie, Lee wanted me to tell you that he saw Brian earlier today and that he was telling him he got to talk to you. :] Lee reminded him to get his email fixed and he said as soon as he has some free time, he will. Lol. Poor kid. Cranking sucks. Lee was always annoyed by it. He was doing that when I finally moved out to SD and I hardly ever got to see much of him because they would work him so late! Not to mention he might have gotten one weekend a month off, when it's supposed to be every other weekend! How lame.

Margie, I'm sure you'll hear from him soon. Communication has been up and down a lot lately. At least that's what Lee said. I hadn't heard from him hardly at all yesterday then all of a sudden I got 20 or so emails all at once. Goodness! Apparently we were sending the same things, "I love you." "I miss you." "Where are you?" "You must be busy." "I hope you're ok." LOL!! I thought I was being weird sending him all those, but once I got the same thing back when the system caught up with itself, I felt so much better. :] Yeeeeeah, newlyweds much? ha!

And thanks Pam! The texting thing really is a great piece of communication! It used to drive my mom nuts too, but honestly if you think about it there are so many times when you want to talk to someone but you can't use the phone long enough to have a conversation, so if you TEXT you can still hold a conversation even when it gets busy!
That's my life at work. ;p So now when my mom wants to talk, she texts. But if I'm not busy I usually try to call her back instead. :] But really, texting can be such a wonderful thing!
Oh and about the time thing, the way me and my hubs wrap our head around it is I'm 7hrs "ahead" [I'm in San Diego]. Even though it's the next day for them. Just made it easier for us. Now that they're on the sea again, that'll change continuously but at least we can have a rough estimate of their time.

You know, I always have so much to say. Sorry ladies! I talk a lot. Lol! Amounts up through the day.

Lee called me at midnight last night. It was fantastic. I was in TEARS! Lol. I'm such a dork. It warms my heart to hear the love in his voice and not just his words. I'm on cloud 9.

Same here with the phone thing Pam! Even at work. I'm bad... and extremely obsessed with my hubs. ;p Not a bad thing though right? lol

Julie! I'm sure your boy is fine. <3 Lib was secured today so if they don't call, don't be upset! <3
Hope ya'll are doing well. I'm at work [once again] actually got some sleep on my days off! Woo.
