OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ahhhhhhhh!!!!! loved doing the cards for our kids, I have already began addessing envelopes for our birthday card list. Thought I would work smart this time and not try to write them all in one sitting. (writers cramp. lol) Tell Jeff Thank you for his service.

Hi Moms,
I posted a picture of a bracelet that I wear EVERY day since my son graduated bootcamp in 2006.

Always a reminder as to how proud I am of my son. Yes, I occasionally have strangers ask me about it.

I ordered this in 2006 on a website: InOurHearts.org. Check it out.
