How many have read "Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell and "Seal of Honor" by Gary Williams?
I am currently reading "Seal of Honor" then I will read "Lone Survivor".
If you have a facebook page check out the Seal of Honor page, recent pictures of the USS Michael Murphy.
Love the wedding pictures Kathy....looks like the wedding was beautiful!! Will they get better housing once they are in Maine since they will only be there several months? "T" was going somewhere today to figure out if they are shipping his car, get per diem or what. So many unanswered questions.
Hope everyone else is doing good and your sailors are ready for their new Murphy adventure.
Much excitement for our family this month. Our son reenlisted April 4th aboard the USS Missouri at Pearl Harbor. Yesterday he received his official orders for the USS Michael Murphy. He is glad to finally know the dates he will report to San Diego and Maine. He will serve on the USS Michael Murphy until sometime in 2015.
If you have a facebook account be sure to check out the USS Michael Murphy page, there are some recent pictures that show the progress of the ship.
Welcome Tily. Please feel free to share news with us as you want.
I hope our group grows in the coming year as sailors get their orders to the USS Michael Murphy.
Happy New Year Michael Murphy families!
