Finally!  Got the first letter.  It was awesome, Damn proud of my girl-APO athletic petty office, and a section leader. passed the swim and pushing for more things to advance.  hoping she'll have her E3 by PIR,  keep your fingers crossed everyone.  That was one of the last things she said when she left.  "Next time you see me mom, I "will" have that E3.  I am so proud that she is finally focused and determined to her best.  wooohooo

Hi Girls, including NH moms.  Lilly is Ship 11 Div 121,  Received my "Lilly in a box" today.  Whoa, what a way to make a mom cry huh!  Took me couple of hours to finally open it. Don't know why, I knew exactly what was in it.  Only the clothes on her back she left with.  Hoping it had her address, but NO, so I finally called her recruiter and got it for me. Ran down to the post office and finally got those cards and letter off my counter.  Now I think I will be much better.  Phew, what a…

Hi,

Yes we are going to graduation (my husband, daughter and myself).  We arrive 4/7.  We are staying at the Comfort Inn in Waukegan.  I wasn't sure where to stat so I just picked a hotel that was pretty close to RTC.

Hi Krissi,

I live near Concord. My son left on 2/9/11.  He is Ship 11, Div 127.  He is also a PIR on 4/8!  Have received two letters (in addition to the 4-linen form letter) and a phone call Tuesday night (3/8/11).

Hi, thanks for the note. I must say I'm a little challenged on this site and don't have a bunch of time to log on. I'm most curious about PIR, as I have a trip planned and need to know if I should cancel. Just waiting...and praying-for my sailor. Super excited for her opportunity.
