And yes Julie - hurry up and wait.  My dad was drafted many years ago and he still says the same thing.  Some things never change.

I don't remember how I found it milesmom.  Search Oscar Austin - I only see two options when I search.  Click Request - then send an email with your information.

I cannot find the frg page on Facebook.

I was informed to continue to pay attention to FRG.  I also sent a message to the ombudsman.  Hopefully we'll hear more soon.  Not quite sure what to do.  This was going to be our first official homecoming and subsequently the last since he gets out soon.

Nope, not a word

Has anyone gotten an update?  I know FRG had their meeting.

Milesmom you have to friend us. Then you can send private messages. Speaking of the ombudsman has anyone heard from her? I sent her an email about a month ago and haven't heard a word.

I'm so confused right now. The ombudsman gave me a date a few days ago that didn't seem too far away (keeping in mind that my son only recently joined the ship, so while it might not seem so bad to me, I'm sure to most of you who have had loved ones deployed since November it must still suck). Now I'm beginning to question whether this date has changed. Is there a way to send private messages on this site?
