Good morning, Ponce moms.  Theresa, thank you so much for posting the article below.

We are finally having winter here in Oklahoma after several weeks of very mld weather.  No snow and thankfully, no ice, but very cold the past couple of days.  Tomorrow it will warm up again but certainly not to the 80 degrees that I am more comfortable with.

Have a wonderful day today and a nice restful weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and your sailors.  I've been cooking all day and being sad that Doug will not be with us.  Have a wonderful day and, as Pam said, get as full as a fat puppy.  Too cute, Pam.

You arre so right, Theresa.  I, too, hope we can all keep in touch and that this site stays active.  Though I have not met any of you, I feel as though I know you all.  A reunion would be wonderful and I would make a point of being there if it is at all possible.  Living in Oklahoma, I have missed so many of the events related to our Sailors and the USS Ponce.
