Happy Thanksgiving all! My son will be back in Nebraska on December 30th. I can't wait.
For families and friends of
Sailors who are stationed at Norfolk;
for either Sea Duty or
Shore Duty Sailors. Just make sure to keep OPSEC issues in mind and not disclose
ship movements in advance.
For anybody who has family members from the Great State of Nebraska that will be serving, are currently serving or who have served in the Navy and any other military branch
I would love to be there but I have to work. I am new to the website and am very happy that there is something like this available for everyone. I hope we will be able to make the next one.
Get there early and if you can take the shuttle from your motel, then you don't have to worry about the vehicle search.

I'm a pro at this....well, not really.....It will be a year the end of October that our sailor PIR'd. Congrats to you, were you able to go to PIR? Hope this finds all well, my dear....and the world gets smaller and smaller every day. ;-)

I have two sailors in the Navy...Sailor # 1 has been in for over 1 1/2 years and has just recently bot back from his first deployment. He was on the Eisenhower carier stationed in Norfolk, VA but soon will start training with the SEALS. #2 sailor just graduated from Bootcamp 9/11 and is in A- School in Great lakes to be a corpsman.
