Kerin- yes your son has to be the one to add you to ombudsman for their per-cautions and safety reasons ;) just went through it myself

Kerin, I believe you will need to email your son and ask him to contact the ombudsman and give her permission to send you the ship's info and pics of the day, etc or ask your son for that info. This is my son's 1st deployment also and I'm still learning a ton but the info passed down from the ship as well as this site has been very helpful! My son is coming home with the earlybirds...anyone else out there in the same "boat"?

Homecoming seems so long as we approach Christmas without our husbands, sons, daughters and friends but knowing that they are indeed coming home makes the wait bearable.  As I live in the west how do I find out an anticipated arrival date?  Is there a contact number or link I can access?

Hi I am Robin.  My son is aboard the Ramage.  Can't wait to see him in Norfolk.  His fiancee, me and my mom will be there, so I am sure I will be seeing many of you then.  Hang in there girls.  It is almost time to see our guys.

Hi Kerin and Cindie! I haven't been on here in a while. Can't wait to see my son! Miss him sooo much! Christmas will be hard without him. Keeping my eyes on Jesus and praying for the Ramage's safe return!
