Hi Leese....It seems like your daughter and my son are on the same path.  Nick found out today he was headed to C-School in Virginia for 21 days in April.  They will probably be there at the same time.  We are hoping he can come home for a few days in between A and C-School but we are not sure yet.  He is missing home right now.  Then on to Mayport.

Hi Leese/K's mom....April 9 is his current date.  Then I believe he gets 2 weeks leave and then on to this ship.  We are in Florida so he won't be that far away from us.

Hi, my name is Ellen and my son is soon to be on the USS Roosevelt.  He is currently in school at Great Lakes.  I would love to meet anyone else with a son, daughter, spouse, etc. on this ship?

Good news!! He was tagging along with the guy who was doing room inspections and he found his stuff!..now all he has to do is prove it's his which may be a problem, but he's going to call his mom and have her read the police the serial number on the items.I know I cannot believe that people would do something like this, you are right they're supposed to be a brotherhood and depend on eachother!
